I recently witnessed a drunk guy beat a drunk girl to the ground in the parking lot near my apartment. I called LSUPD and talked to someone, giving all the details I could.. She said they were on the way, but it’s been over an hour.. Still no show. After a screaming/shouting match, the girl ran away. The guy is still stumbling around aimlessly in the same parking lot.
